Durning my undergraduate studies at CSU I also became a licensed massage therapist and for the first time I saw the bodies ability to overcome and heal and realized that for many things our bodies truly can heal themselves. As I continued with massage I realized that I wanted to dive deeper in the healing space and do more, thus in 2010 I began my journey to where I am today. I went to the Florida College of Integrative Medicine where I studied Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture, Chinese Herbology and Functional Medicine. In this time I was exposed to the beauty and awesome power of healing and flourishing when alternative and allopathic medicines are truly integrated. I stayed a year after graduation to complete my residency in functional medicine and advanced injection therapy.
As a practitioner I am very hands on in my approach and spend a lot of time to get to know my patients, you will never be just a number. I practice many different modalities of the healing space including acupuncture, targeted bodywork, cranial sacral techniques, trigger point therapy, low dose therapeutics and non steroidal injection therapy.
When I am not working you will usually find me mountain biking, kayaking and backcountry snowboarding. I love spending time with my family and am passionate about eating healthy and exercising to keep the mind and body focused and ready for the day ahead whether it is with a patient or on the trail. I look forward to meeting you and helping you on your journey to your best life and health.
